What each surface does
Eco-Warrior
For the resident. Your EP balance and full recycling history, convert EP to a store-locked Store Pass with a PIN, and redeem at any partner store — one app, powered by bXTRA PH.
Eco-Store
For the shop. Scan a Store Pass with the TTCB Eco-Store App, hand over the goods or services, and get reimbursed in full against your sales invoice — settled through bXTRA PH. Upload your products so warriors can find you.
TTCB Admin
For the program and the city. Live redemptions, kilos and EP by store and barangay — and the monthly report CEMD and each Punong Barangay receive.
All three read from the same redemption record. What the Eco-Warrior converts, the store accepts, and the store is reimbursed for — one ledger, no separate list.

Why it matters. Under RA 11898, the EPR Act of 2022, producers answerable for their plastic packaging need evidence — a record, verification, an audit — and that can only be made where the material is weighed: in the barangay. EPR should strengthen the system a city already has, not build a parallel one. The eight barangays are that system.
